JOB “FREE”DOM

    I have actually thought about this very question. To a degree. After having thought about it for a minute I still struggled to decide between two jobs I know that not only would I excel at but I would do it completely free of charge as they both involve things I enjoy doing or like to study in my free time anyways. 

    Before I reveal either of them I will preface with saying that they both are on completely opposite ends of the job spectrum and maybe even seem a little bipolar.

    The two jobs or careers that I would gladly do for no wages and that I could not decide between are: Interior Design/Interior Decorating and Forensic Science specifically centered around cold case murder investigation.

    What!? Why!? I don’t know why to be truthful. I have always had a passion for creativity and design. I was always super excited as a child to do those diorama projects in elementary school because they felt like I was creating a space of my own design which I found exhilarating.

    I love picking colors, patterns, accents and decor to create a space that feels like home or transform a space so it tickles at the senses in a way that reminds you of something familiar.

   I feel as though my love for all things creative and beautiful may be why I was also so drawn to forensic investigation and cold case work. I never could quite wrap my head around the reasoning why some people murder other people. It was intriguing to me that something as creative and awesome as the human mind could in one hand create all the wonderful things in this world and on the other hand destroy someone else’s world all together.

   Anytime I have had in my lifetime as an adult to watch t.v. I can say I’ve mostly spent it watching detective and true crime shows. I am fascinated at how they go about tracking down these murderers and that even with all the high tech new scientific ways to find them some still get away with it and those are the ones that got me hooked.

    If you are ever in the market for a cheap forensic scientist or possibly just want to redecorate a room in your house give me a shout. I won’t charge a dime for my opinion.
